Significance: First Appearance of NON-Fat. This character is strange not just because of the name, but online he is noted as being African American, however, It feels like a hard sell. Later in the Adventures of Superman #538, We see him looking 100% black. The question is was he supposed to be black from his inception? That is debatable.
