Year: 1998

Significance: Kevin King is a former CIA operative who is assumed killed in action. He secretly returns home to find a city ruined by crime, poverty and drugs. Using his para-military and martial arts training, King takes up the role of costumed vigilante against the ruthless villain King Solomon and quickly becomes a street legend. Graffiti murals around the city dub him Chocolate Thunder.
