Significance: First Full Appearance of Falcon as Captain America. The outfit he wore was from a costume shop but he went under the guise of Captain America. Steve Rodgers endorsed him as Captain America. (See last picture below) This book is controversial because it does not get the same press as the Captain America Sam Wilson appearance he would make years later. Also this timeline was from the early years 60’s/70’s. This book is also controversial because of the story. There was a gas developed that would wipe out all black people on earth.
